Coming to the paddock

The Paddock

Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking starts. Park on the hard standing at the bottom of the drive on weekdays and in the main car park at weekends. Do not go through the second wooden gate which is for access only to my neighbours farm.

All dogs must be on lead and under control before leaving the vehicle. There is a short uphill walk to the paddock. Follow the arrows along the new fencing and join the 2nd path when this fencing ends and wait behind the bushes until the people in the paddock have left.

There are two poo bins. One in the paddock by the gate and one on the parking area. There is water and bowls in the paddock for the dogs to drink – not for human consumption.

The paddock is post and rail fenced with stock wire and chicken wire. Please assess for yourself on your first visit if you feel this is secure enough for your dog. You are welcome to come beforehand to have a look around by appointment only.

In the warmer weather we have paddling pools. Please do not over fill these (2 buckets is enough) so that the water can be changed more often.

In the shed we have balls and toys for the dogs, please put away anything you use when your session has finished. If anything goes over the fences, please do not try to retrieve it.

Please pick up all poo. There are spare poo bags in the shed. We advise that you walk a lap of the paddock towards the end of your session to check you have not missed anything. If you see anything that you know is not your dogs please let us know.

We have two tunnels and some jumps and tyres in the paddock. These are for the dogs to enjoy.

When you leave the paddock please lock the gate and come straight down the path on the left by the hedge.
